These terms govern your use of Hitch. By using Hitch, you agree to them.

Your accounts

Hitch connects to AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) using accounts you own. Your use of each service stays subject to that provider's terms, plan limits, and policies, and any usage counts against your own plan. You are responsible for activity under your Hitch account and connected accounts.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law or violate others' rights.
• Don't misuse the sandbox or tools to attack, scan, or overload other systems.
• Don't try to access other users' data or interfere with the service.
• Follow the usage policies of the AI providers you connect.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and create. You give Hitch permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers you choose.

AI output

Replies come from third-party AI models and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before relying on it.

Service and liability

Hitch is provided "as is", without warranties. Features may change, and connected providers may limit or stop access at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Hitch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending use

You can stop using Hitch at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
